Katlyn Viglianco

Dr. Katlyn Viglianco is a graduate of John C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University, and she completed her internship and residency at Charleston Area Medical Center.

Dr. Viglianco describes the most gratifying part of her job as an OB/GYN provider as developing relationships with her patients.  “Patient relationships mean everything to me.  It is a joy to get to know a patient and care for her throughout her lifetime.  Every stage of a woman’s life is unique and I love being there through the journey.”  She loves caring for patients of all ages.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Viglianco enjoys hiking, camping and traveling with her husband.  Some of her most favorite travel adventures include trips to Italy and Australia.  When she was in Australia, she was able to go scuba diving on the great Barrier reef which she describes as one of her coolest experiences.  Dr. Viglianco also enjoys experimenting with new cooking recipes with her husband and spending time with her three cats.

Fun fact about Dr. Viglianco: She went scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef off the coast of Australia.
