We Raised $2,000 for Girls Inc.!

WE GOT OUR SWEAT ON!!!

On January 25th there were 25 of us that started our new year off with a sweaty bang. Together, we proved that there is strength in numbers and raised $2,000 for Girls Inc.!

A special thanks goes out to our very own Dr. Lara Hanlon, who organized this private event at Orange Theory in Manchester. And of course sending a big thank you to our Orange Theory coach and everyone that participated and donated – it truly was an event that we will hold close to our hearts for a long time.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a beautiful community of women.

A little about Girls Inc:

The network of local Girls Inc. nonprofit organizations serves girls ages 6-18 at more than 1,500 sites in 350 cities across the United States and Canada. Their research-based programming is delivered by trained professionals who focus on the development of the whole girl, supporting, mentoring, and guiding girls in an affirming, pro-girl environment. A place where girls learn to value their whole selves, discover and develop their inherent strengths, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face.

Girls Inc. helps girls live healthy and active lifestyles. The organization’s goal is to enrich the lives of their girls, so that they are less likely to engage in risky behavior; they are eager to learn, successful in school, and more likely to graduate from post-secondary education; and they display diligence, perseverance and resilience.
